First Time Home Buyer credit extension??

We're waiting to hear about whether the first time home buyer credit will be extended. Apparently, there's talk that it may get extended until the end of April 2010 and that it may also be opened up to "move-up" buyers as well but that the credit might be reduced to approximately $7,000...stay tuned, I'll update you with details as they emerge.
